Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped the same business day, but can take up to 2 business days to leave the warehouse in some cases. Orders placed after 3PM PST will be processed the next business day.

We use USPS for US orders and UPS for international orders, including Canada. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. A tracking number/delivery confirmation will be provided with all orders when it becomes available. Please note our warehouse is in California and does not ship on weekends or US holidays.

Returns Policy

Please notice: Centrafuse offers 30-day trial versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds on software where the license key has already been sent to the customer.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, Centrafuse does not accept product returns or exchanges.
